      Collaborative amongst team, underwriting could be difficult to work with at time, outsourced teams were slow.

      Cons

      Upper Management does not really care for employees . Job security is not a thing in this industry.

      Great pay and flexibility; No job security

      Great Pay work-life balance unlimited PTO

      Cons

      Horrible culture company is bottom line first and employee second. CEO did impersonal mass zoom firing two weeks before, Christmas, and was followed by 4 more rounds of mass layoff almost every month after.

      Cons

      Went completely downhill. In short, terrible management starting with the C Suite. Avoid like the plague
