Total Rip Off - Worse experience ever!
Pros
Sorry, can't think of any pros.
Cons
- Everything that one were told at the interview is a lie, e.g. they say two shift rotations system, but it's turns out as an three shift rotation system that will be changed at will without necessarily notifying the affected employee. The shift schedule has no consistent pattern, one works 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 days in a row, and has then 1, 2 or 3 days off; result no private live. - One has to sign a paper that one agrees to work more than 48 hours a week, although the contract states 40 hours a week. That's to circumvent the local law which states a maximum number of hours per week shall not exceed 48 hours. - Targets aren't proper outlined or explained, which is handy to omit paying bonuses. - No possibilities to check one's own performance. Management puts it as they want or as they please. - No proper product training, because nobody knows actually how it works, or at least how it should work: Try and Error; but the consequences are not taken by those how are responsible. - No work live balance. - Unclear payslip. - Overcrowded office, and non-functional equipment.
