If you have to be in the New Rochelle office, it is truly a strange place with bizarre, abusive management. The negative reviews are accurate. You will hear yelling, shouting, cursing, and insults thrown around casually. It’s usually directed at individuals. This comes from the very top CEO - the bad vibes trickle down through middle management and onto workers. Turnover is extremely high, lots of layoffs and outsourcing. Occasional free lunch doesn’t make up for the horrible culture. Systems are convoluted and there’s no real training process or HR, so a lot of times one hand doesn’t know what the other is doing.

Gossip problems, racism and micro aggressions, toxic CEO who doesn’t know what they are doing, older directors that lack hygine (some smelled like tonsil stones and wett socks), passive-agressive behavior. Ceo mainly cursing at workers. Extreme lack of organization, and no HR involvement unless is to hire or fire people, but not to control this chaotic environment.
