Overall, a very poor experience. Let me tell you why.
Initial screener interview - recruiter spent more time selling the company and how great it is instead of asking me questions and allowing me to ask her questions. I did not get to ask a single question. Because of this I had sent follow-up questions via email and it took well over a week before I received answers to my questions. And by the way, this was after I had already proceeded in the interview process. Less than ideal when important questions aren't answered such as the low review scores on Glassdoor and no information about their budget for this role.
Two rounds of interviews with VPs both went well with good questions related to the job they were hiring for at the time.
Next round was a task to complete which was lacking detailed guidelines and guardrails for candidates which I'm guessing ultimately led to an unfair review at the end of the process.
After spending all of that time, I waited nearly two weeks with no correspondence, despite sending emails and texts and leaving a voicemail with the HR team.
Lastly, I eventually received a very generic rejection email that was not personal at all and gave no reason or explanation as to why I was not chosen. I, of course, reached out to ask for constructive feedback, but to this day, have not received one word from the team.
And one other thing - it's been weeks since the role was filled and the job posted is still posted on their website. That's not helpful and wasting a lot of candidates time.
Very unprofessional and I can say I'm glad I was not offered this job if this is how they treat candidates and potentially their employees.
