Pros

Decent pay Other employees are really nice people Nice location

Cons

Passive aggressive bosses Lack of direction Improper accounting practices, this will not be a place you can be proud to have on your resume if they get audited Blaming previous employees for every issue Expected to perform work duties before work, during lunch break and after work.

Pros

Nothing good at all honestly.

Cons

Management - like emotionless robots, heartless, terrible managers expect you to overwork after 5pm (obviously not written in the contract). They will throw multiple jobs at you and expect you to understand without even briefing you from the beginning. They pretend to 'care' about your weekend but just are super depressed. EA - poor attitude from the top executives, very pushy, demanding, extremely little care about their juniors resulting in high turnover. Coming from other staff, Nicolett and some older staff are apparently very toxic and has been badmouthing every other juniors to others (someone needs to actions before this company crumbles!!) Overall the vibe had been super weird and off from the start and I do not recommend anyone work here at all!

Pros

- Good location - Some good clients - There were some good people - most of whom moved on

Cons

- Culture not good - Anyone under management treated like they're in a workshop - Way under average salary - Cult-ish - will make you feel like you need to work 12 hour days for no bonus just to stay employed - if you end up working here, don't give in to this attitude. Better off at a big 4 for the way you're worked here. - Heels are a must for females and a tie and top button every day for males. Males were allowed to undo their top button and tie if it got above a certain temperature in summer - felt like school (this was shaped like a huge benefit to staff). - Helicopter managed always - big big trouble if you happen to walk in 30 seconds late in the morning or after lunch - they check camera's and record - worse than school. - 'Casual fridays' = no heels and no tie, still formal.
