Pros
They'll give you lots of opportunities to learn new things, ONLY if they like you otherwise you are stuck in the same place doing the same thing over and over.
Cons
The management here is a joke. The company started out small so the managers are just those that were there first before the company grew, not there because they are masters of their positions or even able to manage people AT ALL. Most people there do very little but make it as complex as possible so it seems like they are doing a lot. Instead of doing actual work people are more inclined to do stupid report outs with "metrics" or make you waste your time justifying what you did in a day. Sales team is not a sale team. They answer calls and just place orders, no 'sales' experience needed. Other than that you're watching youtube all day then get yelled at if you aren't doing a lot, but you can't make people call you. Marketing department has more people in it then it needs and their manager is never there. Not sure what she does. Same goes for the data department as I've caught 2 of their employee's sleeping openly and the manager of that department has social issues and is known for yelling and berating his own staff as well as others. The customer service department is always over worked and treated horribly, as if dealing with pissed off customers wasn't bad enough. The accounting department has a 1 1/2 turn over it seems. They are always leaving due to being unhappy or finding something better and trust me, there is so much better than this place. The con you with this 'bonus' structure which is just their way of making you think if you work harder you'll get paid more, but you wont. It depends on if they like you and not what you do. It's like being in high school with all the cliques. Regardless of what they say, there is NO room for advancement, unless you are one of the select few that are part of the 'popular clique' and all you'll get in return is tons more work. If you've valued but not liked, you'll get work slammed on you and no positive feedback ever, you'll just get 'performance reviews'. If you are liked you'll get moved all over but just because you are liked doesn't mean you have nor had any value. As long as you don't go above and beyond, stay under the radar and don't make a scene you'll be able to do your job and get out without ever being bothered. Oh yea! They also have a MINIMUM 9 hour work day and it's not uncommon at all that they FORCE you to work weekends or up to 12 hours a day.
