      A fun, friendly and exciting environment that's constantly trying to make improvements

      Pros

      The work atmosphere is incredible. One of the few places I've worked where I'm excited to be at everyday. Everyone is friendly and it's a great learning experience. The new leadership team is very hands on and shows interest in taking Become to the next step.

      Cons

      It can be easy to get distracted and sometimes you can feel overwhelmed with some of many projects and tasks going on.

      Pros

      The atmosphere is fun and outgoing. The employees are nice and everyone gets along well. There is a promising new leadership team, and they all have impressive backgrounds.

      Cons

      Sometimes it can be unclear what role is in different projects, but this seems to be improving under new leadership.

      Become is a really great place to work

      Pros

      The environment is casual and all of the employees are friendly. We have many different fun activities and management encourages the teams to be close knit. Because of this we have a very open and community feel to our company.

      Cons

      As everyone wears many different hats, as we grow it becomes harder to pin down specific roles to specific people.
