Pros
Only single pros I can imagine is the learnings I have earned while doing multitasking, wearing different hats at the same time, got the opportunity to see n experience building up the business from scratch.
Cons
* Zero growth * Taking credits on people ideas. Firstly by saying it's rubbish and after many months saying, "You know today I thought about a brilliant hack" n actually that's the same one that was rubbish a few months back. * No clarity on business plans * Zero commitments * Zero team building or team enhancement activities * Zero motivation * No reimbursements, No Incentives, No Appraisals * No medical insurance/ health allowance or support provided by the company
