Micromanagement, no growth, old horrible technologies like TCL. Large code base with zero documentation. If you work here and don't make personal projects on the side, you will have zero qualifications when you leave. KPIs are measured in the most wrong way possible, like number of tickets regardless of their weight. You must log every second of your day. Employees here feel like people with no social life at all, you will find employees online working at 11 pm willingly and this is very common and doesn't seem to be going away anytime soon. Managers are aware of this and don't do anything. Even though the job is online the work life balance feels horrible.

Too much ongoing politics within the company led by their inefficient management. Mismanagement in terms of changes in their sales strategies every year to see which way they can loot their customers in the best possible way. Before they used to take care of maintaining relationships with companies now they only want to loot their customers. They keep saying their database of CV's increases by the day but in reality its all old cv's, outdated. This company prefers to hire only Arabs. They say they like to keep it muliticultural but it's all a show and a facade to impress their customers. If you don't suck up to higher management you don't grow. This isnt the place you would want to work in unless your the type that like to suck up to their bosses in order to get promotions or salary increments. Terminations happen really quick whether your an all star performer or not they dont think twice about firing you. So no matter how much effort you put in it doesnt matter if your not a favourite under the eyes of the management.
