      Pros

      International Company with opportunity to interact with international staff, learn a bit of German, work closely with International marketing and sales support. Exceptional quality products you'll be proud to rep.

      Cons

      Management is non-existent. Strategies change from quarter to quarter and headquarters have a hands off approach when it comes to subsidiary management. Unfair rewarding, zero checks and balances. Overall very unstable.

      Toxic work culture, staff are uptight and rude. Management is clicky, unapproachable and inexperienced. Company has incredibly high turnover due to poor management and bullying.
