      Pros

      Company is led by veterans who care about their employees and the mission. Fellow employees are largely veterans who are very comfortable with going the extra mile, especially if they know it's to help a fellow vet. It's not vet exclusive; everyone is treated fairly as long as they remain a team player. Very good company, especially if you like live music!

      Cons

      Some of the concert overnight conditions are not ideal, especially for a three-day event. But management seems to try and improve each situation as best they can with time and creativity.
