      Micro Management. Last I heard, a great Manager left the company due to Micro Management.

      Thank you for sharing your experience. Cost efficiency is important, but so is fostering a motivated workforce. Micromanagement can hinder growth, and strong leadership thrives on trust and autonomy. Hopefully, BatchService continues to evolve for the better.
