      Flexible work timing based on our effort, Less micromanaging but not never, Good to start with your Career, very friendly and helpful seniors

      Cons

      Extremely low pay, has weird and will introduce new weird policies, like 90 days notice no negotiation, 60 days for lateral entry. Not supposed relieve after getting paid Bonus for 6months period wht even is the point of Bonus?
