- old technology (the COO would rather keep the company on 10 years old technology, then let the people do their jobs, just for the sake of controlling everything) - high level of cheap office gossip, fueled by leadership (also in love with the cheap gossip) - complete lack of unprofessionalism from leadership and upper management - the key in this company is making others believe that you're doing awesome stuff. If you're not into the circle of friendship, your efforts are not seen - leadership and upper management have a "nice" habit of taking your work results and making it their, but throwing you under the bus if something goes wrong - the terrible working atmosphere in Marbella office, generated by the amazing COO that accomplishes nothing except for big speeches about everything (he knows everything better than anyone, be in business related, personal life of others and so on)

- lack of transparency - cheap gossip - fearful working environment ( one of the execs is insulting and threatening employees on regular basis) - low salaries - unethical business model (you cannot be proud of working for a company that makes their profit like Basebone does)
