      Pros

      - don't know about others, but I was paid well. - some nice projects and new opportunities.

      Cons

      - toxic environment and office politics - screwed up pipeline - hard to push anything forward unless you are an upper management

      Not paying staff isn’t a blip it’s a strategy to trap staff at the company so they can’t leave, lots of bad/illegal contract stuff also happen. Even the recruiter has left due to months of no wages Production is awful and the hours are unmanageable and no thanks
