Pros
none that make the abuse, disrespect, and disregard for its employees worth it. Pro, it will likely go out of business within the next year and a half. -You get healthcare, dental, vision.
Cons
CEO: -Is disconnected from the company and does not know or understand the basic opperations necessary. -He does not respect his employees or their time, at any level. -He had a meeting where he boasted the success of the company and all the forward motion we were taking, but in actuality its the opposite. They expect pandering for more revenue, cheating, lying that could cause problems for employees beyond a job. PAY: -They changed the pay structure for bonus' and qualifying for them, with no regard for the contracts signed upon hire. This was also done with no warning, and no concrete plan. When it was brought up to us, they were not even able to show us how things would be calculated or answer basic questions about the new structure. -Assuming you qualified for a bonus, which is something rightfully earned, they are unable to provide set dates about the payment dates. -I am missing income that they refused to pay me out despite providing proof it was missing. CULTURE: -There is none. The only HR person quit within months. -All upper managememnt has turned over and now the CEO is taking over with no idea how to run a company revolving around hospitality, let alone his own company. -The housekeepers are not paid fair wages and have incredibly high expectations set on them. Unrealistic as this is the basis for any kind of short term stay experience, be clean. -The managers have no connection to eachother. This means it is easy for lies and double speak to be told to one person and not another. It is also great for ensuring that compensation is not fair amongst team members. -The buildings can treat their hospitality managers however they want, and it is tolerated and ignored because, again, we are pandering for pennies to stay affloat. -You are expected to use your personal money to purchase many items, shipping items from building to building, and there is no timeframe or perameter for when reimbursment will happen. -I do not know one employee that has been there more than 6 months that is happy with their position.
