      They really care about people and culture. All leaders receive 360 feedback each year and the team works to align individual and team leadership style to the culture desired by the entire team and the strategy that guides the business

      Cons

      All virtual work, which makes it difficult to establish and maintain strong personal connections. Virtual collaboration across multiple time zones has built-in challenges.

      Pros

      The mission at BVC is to transform the business model. BVC leadership understands the journey must begin with personal transformation. Everyone is encouraged to grow and develop personally and professionally. I love the global aspect of the work and the remote, work-from-home employment they have maintained for many years pre-pandemic.

      Cons

      The company is small and we are building from organic growth. What we do is unique and can be hard to explain to family and friends.
