      Pathetic management Worse HR management Abusive language by the Team Leads Inner politics (that will ruin your health) Over time (atleast 2 hours everyday) Immense amount of work pressure

      1) CEO and DEV's have good behavior and professional attitude. 2) Owner always guide employee to work better. 3) Market competitive salary. 4) Neat and Clean environment. 5) Rarely late sitting.

      Cons

      1) QA Lead is narrow minded and has attitude problem. 2) Team follow outdated practices. 2) He do not allow QA's to discuss issues with DEV. 3) Do not transfer complete knowledge regarding work to employee. 4) On Doing any single mistake, you have to listen long lecture, By doing that employee will think thousand time to ask any question. 5) They thought giving long lecture on mistake is cool, No! it's just waste of time for employee.

      The reason they give high salary is because they want to hide about their restrictions and politics and abuse towards employees. Going to bari tech i have rusted my skills and experience. If you have an issue with CEO or its assistant known as HR then your life is hell.
