Pros

1)No work, if you are good at story making for stand-ups. 2)Less tax, as they will not pay variable or give fair hikes. 3)You can spend your entire life here without doing anything and there are people who are still doing the same and sailing through life. And people will appreciate you just because you are not leaving the company. 4)People putting fake reviews on glassdoor will always lead to good rating for company.

Cons

1) DON'T WORK... I repeat, DON'T WORK. or the news of somebody working will spread like wild-fire and before you know it, multiple managers will come to manage you, just to show that they have contribution in your work. 2)Incompetence in the entire system from top-down. Even people who are scrum master think that they've climbed the managerial ladder and they are now the boss of everybody else. Can't even fathom behaviour of managers here. 3) There are 2 types of people here- first kind leave within a year, second kind will make everyone else miserable and will be focusing entirely on politics. 4) R&D leads are the most useless people you might have seen in your entire life, I don't know how they live their lives? Wake up... Call someone so teams status is red for a while ... go back to sleep? Most of them think they are too street smart but in reality only fooling their managers you are even dumber. 5)Developers are taking full advantage of dumb managers and spend their entire days away, will come and just tell a lovely tale about how they faced a monstrous issue in their mundane work and took them entire day or sometime 2-3 days to fix it. And managers will applaud them for job well done, and present them as example to guys who are actually working and delivering actual results.

Pros

Fairly low stress environment, with decent work life balance. Occasionally the work is interesting. Flexible hours and casual dress. A good place to work if your a few years from retirement, or you don't change or challenge. Most of the engineers are competent.

Cons

Silos silos silos, poor communication between groups and divisions. Almost no career opportunity, basically a dead end job, unless your a Belgian. Get stuck working on the same old stuff until you die. Belgian's difficult to work with. The company is penny-wise and pound foolish. A really terrible health care plan. Almost no useful training, or concern about employee development. Terrible processes when they even exist. Dead end job, oh did I mention that already. Ineffective HR, god knows what they do. Raises are a joke, your lucky to get 1%-2% while the company has record earnings. High turn over, at least in some divisions, and very little is done to replace these employees. Obsessed with cost cuttings, wants cheap, with no concern for quality.
