I honestly wanted to give this review to explain to people how unwelcoming the staff here is. Diana is poor around the people who work for her, and shows little consideration for them. Everyone in the office just seems unhappy and angry. If you value relationship building and values within a company, I suggest you look elsewhere.

Micromanagement and poor communication. Leadership often expects staff to know procedures without sharing necessary information. Limited empathy or flexibility for employees with caregiving responsibilities, which creates an uncomfortable and unsupportive environment for working parents.
