Upper management watches like a hawk, and as you fist start, will not allow for you to lean their methods or system. They don't realize other companies might run differently and you are expected to immediately work how they expect, causing a hostile and stressful environment. In addition, you must do things how they do or say. For example there are several ways to do a task, some people find it easier one way from another, here you are expected how its easier for "supervisor" if he or she says draw a circle and you drew left to right instead of right to left...that was displeasing and you would get a re train on a simple task even though you have the same end result in the same amount of time, in other words they way or the highway....Most difficult to please supervisor. Most employees were unhappy, but were too afraid to speak up and have been there for years under new supervision. I also witnessed owner yell at someone very disrespectfully and other employees told me about her demeaning tone and reputation. It seems like this company has potential and there were some good employees there, but everyone deserves better than to be mistreated.
