I found the Chief Scientist speaks very gently but very deceptive. I had high hopes for this lab but am very disappointed. I totally agree with what another employee's review where the Chief Scientist worked as a CEO, “Cultural nightmare, leadership disaster, and no moral compass”. It went on saying "too much ego...so many employees leave in disgust, the leadership has begun request they sign a Non-Disparagement Agreement".

No solid company culture, but just yeld internally for so called "wolf culture" from China base, however, too much internal fight instead of fighting outside. many senior management and executives are lack of vision and management experiences, did not respect employee too much, even insult or yeld at employee during meeting
