      I can’t really find any pro. Very dishonest people.

      Cons

      Lack professionalism. Poor management. Cut corners and are very quick to blame others. Nepotism rules. Lack of a clear leadership structure.

      Cons

      PMO org is toxic. Attrition is crazy and people have been fired within days of being hired. Leadership is dishonest and disrespectful towards their people.
