      Pros

      Everyone seemed nice at the beginning and seemed laid back.

      Cons

      Low income and lots of lies from management. This business can’t be trusted. They had us do misleading condition reports so they could get more buyers. This put me in a bad situation so I quit.

      Out in the field by yourself, allows for a lot of freedom. No annoying coworkers.

      Cons

      Management is woefully inept. Took 8 weeks to implement a pay raise promised, and then they gave me less of a pay raise than I was promised. They failed to pay me on my last day of employment, despite being given two weeks notice. Management blackmailed me into working overtime when I didn't want to.

      You get experience dealing with multiple departments

      Cons

      Horrible leadership Terrible structure Comp plan changes every other month so 0 consistency You deal with used car dealers all day and all they do is yell and scream obscenities for things that the other incompetent departments caused No integrity and you have to take everything the company tells you with a grain of salt
