      Pros

      The people I work with are all good people Everyone has a "This job sucks but we're in it together attitude" which I find a pro.

      Cons

      Minimum Wage/ Raises are a joke. Max hours I have ever received as a Back of House Associate is 26 with full availability. Not a job you can raise a family on, let alone pay bills.

      Pros

      Flexible hours made it easy to accommodate school or other jobs concurrently. Even though many part-timers stayed only briefly, there was a close-knit relationship among employees.

      Cons

      $8.25/hr with meager raises. The "health insurance" was not worth signing up for. There's very little on-the-job training regarding products; more emphasis was placed on promoting the store credit card than on being knowledgeable and able to answer questions. Turnover rate was very
