There is a management drive to turn this factory into a modern day work house. Slavery was abolished years ago but is being reinstated by a management team with only their personal beliefs driving poor desition making. The work force has been stripped to the minimum while the management team is like an updated version of Nohas ark. Many employees are actively seeking further employment before the new policies that the management are devising are brought into action which will give work to life ratio at zero. People are mentally and Physically exhausted but the management deal with this with a big stick usually resulting with threats of disciplinary action. I would not recommend this factory to my worst enemy.

BYK has a bad habit of growing by acquisition and then letting the newly acquired companies atrophy. Very flat and unorganized matrix management structure. There are too many managers that negatively affect other business functions and without proper management structure this causes a lot of problems.
