      No pros of the company

      Cons

      They cheat everyone and with held salaries. Don't pay salaries on time. They pay salaries occasionally and that too one month salary. Worst Management. The HR, VC -HR are all worst and fraud people.

      I was Interviewed at my Campus itself and the recruiter had told in front of the Chairman of the college in the meeting that i was selected along with four of my classmates who were selected along with in the interview . Later there was no response from the BSCPL HR team. If there is no requirement then what is the use of recruiting in colleges.
