Pros
Talented, sweet and caring colleagues on the ground floor who genuinely try to make it work. Events are impressive for fans.
Cons
Leadership is erratic: vision, priorities, and decisions change weekly. What’s “most important” today will be irrelevant tomorrow. Culture is toxic. Leadership talks values but operates on fear, control, and ego. No real strategy, only firefighting and short-term optics. Feedback isn’t welcomed; questioning decisions is seen as disloyalty. HR and People topics are treated like an afterthought rather than a foundation. Morale suffers because leaders don’t walk the talk, values and culture are branding, not practice. Unclear roles and endless politics leave people burned out or sidelined. Internal politics trump talent every time. Promotions and recognition depend more on who you flatter than what you deliver.
