disaster, you work like a slave while some privileged people sit and smoke and do nothing ( Romanians specifically) only to be told at the end that you are paid by the rooms and not by the hour as you agreed and as it is in the contract

You can work 8 hours and they will pay you for 4 hours. This is because they pay to do a room in 20 minutes when it can't be done faster than 35 minutes. There are too less hours in winter
