Pros
The new company, set up less than a year. The only reason that I can think of.
Cons
Company has been restructured for 3 times in 3 months. Management never faces to the root problem. Hired many staffs in managerial grade and no subordinate staffs. No direction plan or KPIs from the management. Only steal comments from staffs for reporting. You have no idea of what you are responsible and need to do every day. The position role is very blurred. The worst working environment. All in and out emails are under monitoring by management even the web browser history.
