The individual responsible for the review either lacks personal acquaintance with them or is intentionally attempting to tarnish their reputation. To company’s experience individuals sending such feedbacks are usually the loudest on corporate events sending lots of love to owners while receiving expensive free gift, high bonuses and visiting Michelin star restaurants where owners were bringing team several times per year. Most probably the mentioned individual did not get the simplest fact that high salaries have been paid not to the loyal guys but to the professional one and to get a high salary it is necessary to bring value to the company.
