      There is a lot of PTO and paid holidays

      Cons

      Worse place I ever worked with. This agency has a revolving door due to a serious upper management problem. Do your research and then do some more. If you care about your mental health, do yourself a favor and do not work here.

      Pay is better than at other community health centers - which is the only reason people stay besides the lack of accountability with their work.

      If you care about preventing medical harm do not work here. If you care about following rules do not work here. If you care about community health do not work here. If you care about people do not work here. If you care about money only this is a good match.

      Loved working at Axis Dental! Excellent staff and excellent work environment!

      Cons

      Only con was that the need for dental was high, so having more dental providers would be ideal.
