Interview
Two phone interviews and one on-site interview that consisted of three rounds about an hour each. The first round consisted of a panel interview with the team. The second round consisted of analyzing a case study and providing recommendations. The third round consisted of a panel interview with the C-Suite.

Questions were around comprehension of the organization, its goals, understanding the direction of healthcare and the ability to add value through creative thinking.

Interview
Interviewed with both Accounting Dir. and CFO on the same day. Answered most of questions related to the job posting. Pretty straight forward interview. Shared some accounting related common issues and made a few suggestions toward the existing issues. Both interviewers were very open minded individuals.
