It seems as though decisions are made arbitrarily and are reactionary, without considering the impact on employees, customers, or the company's long-term success. Certain board members consistently demotivate through a lack of empathy and understanding, displaying a disconnect between their decisions and the needs of the team. Failing to grasp the concerns and aspirations of the team, the board perpetuates a culture of disillusionment and stagnation. Communication within Axil is severely lacking. Important information is often withheld, or miscommunicated, leaving employees feeling uninformed and disconnected.
