Pros

Long hours that can raise money fast

Cons

Here you're expected to work a 60-70 hours a week. Usually consisting of 6 days a week on 11-13 hour shifts. You only find out your one day off of the week at the start on the week, making it hard to plan your life outside of work. You are not allowed to request time off, unless you are part of the in-group with management. The boss is a bully and will fire people unpredictable, leaving the all ready over worked members of staff to pick up their hours.
