Cool Products maybe the best on the market in comparison to others. Okay pay. Relaxed environment.
Cons
Be ready for a lot of insanity from the CEO of this one. No support from Europe in the way of technical support, cash flow, benefits, training, business capital and overall direction. Employees are treated like pariahs by the CEO on a daily basis through nasty emails. Products are great but some do not exist. CEO treats customers like he is the high and mighty one, in turn losing business to potential OEMs. Hangar project is a joke and probably will never happen due to a lack of investment by the CEO. CEO Spreads rumors about employees due to internal sewing circles. Product warranty rate is very high.
