Pros
Gives you the opportunity to improve your english and to travel abroad as a software consultant. Lots of capable employees. One of the bests companies to work in Belo Horizonte.
Cons
The integration between US and BR offices is very bad. US Visa rules are not very comprehended by the company which fails in provide proper assistance for the employees. Prepare to be treated as a resource, as we are all software consultants.

HR will request commitment with company even before having interview with end client and will hold for more than one month. Lather they doesn't bother on setting up interview for two months and finally when I attend the interview there is no match between the skills I have in resume with skills client is expecting for
