      Pros

      Avenue Code is an amazing company and continues to be a great place to work. There is no micromanagement or critical issues, and there are still plenty of great opportunities.

      Cons

      For newcomers, the experience is still great. The main problem is for older professionals who remember the old benefits and opportunities.
