Employees are expendable. Be prepared for a series of warning letters, being put on performance management (because what you deliver is not quite enough) and then shown the exit door. It does not matter how good you are, if you have had a tough month, you will have tough conversations and management will start to manage you out. Also, be prepared to be spoken to as a lowly being. That is a standout negative.

1. Obviously biased to some of the employees despite the lack of capability. 2. Lack of benefits. Apart from government regulated benefits, the company basically do not provide additional fringe benefits. 3. Owing salary increments for months - what's promised and not done. The company purposely drag it out until you resign. 4. Expect so much more from you without providing you training. Even after you spent your own personal time and money for training, the company still do not compensate you accordingly.
