      Look around: this is not the only option, nor the best

      Pros

      One star because Glassdoor does not admit zero. Hard to say, it feels like a start-up ad tries to be easygoing, until you notice nothing is as it seems. It is in an expensive area where it's hard to eat out properly. Office is lavish in appearance (until you ask for a PC or a software license)

      Cons

      Lots of tension, undermining, lack of communication and of trust. There is no order or plan, you work blindly to objectives, you have no idea if you will stay or be fired, praise is said once in a while off-handly and criticism daily. Lots of backstabbing from up above. Upon top, periods of apathy alternate to periods of frantic rage and anxiety.

      Pros

      Salesforce development, mete a great team and the payment was ok at the moment.

      Cons

      Bad management, lack of common sense, they don't trust in their team, they do a lot of promises about having a nice place to work and all the best practices but that's just to seduce you. They ask to much extra hours, work in whole weekend without extra pay, the management loves to showoff their position as bosses. They love to tell the clients that the app will work in any way they want (it won't).

      The only good thing that I get is to learn a lesson that not even your own brother or sister can be trusted

      Cons

      The company was taken over by incompetent hijackers with no knowledge or experience and stole everything to build their own company
