Pros

Great office in Brooklyn Very nice people (see below) Standard Tech Perks Lack of Strategy has led to not making as many mistakes as their peers and has kept them from negative press.

Cons

Order (Easiest to Hardest to fix) Benefits/Compensation: Healthcare isn't market comp 80 percent covered. Salaries are low despite a 6 month salary leveling exercise. (It took 6 months to do this!) Non Cash comp is overly complex. If you took the number of cycles that hiring managers spent explaining the structure, you would think the CFO was working for Solana Culture Woke and Toke (Rest and Vest) Culture. Everyone is nice because about 45 percent of the workforce is just waking up smoking a J, looking for the cause of the week and then barely attending any meetings and not getting anything done. They wait for the monthy vest of their tokens and then promptly sell. You have the best people leaving and going to other projects, you cant do the work of 4 people all the time. A war between BD and Product about what the ecosystem vs in house built product. The CMO got fired because of this but should have been fired anyway for focusing on useless merch and events. The wallet launch was a disaster. Some VPs arent even allowed in exec calls and meetings. Management CEO and COO. They really should show up and work a full week. These guys are lazy. About 50 percent of their day is talking about their family offices and crypto taxes. It's crypto, strategy changes every day but they can't make a decision on anything and their vision is usually blurred by staring at whatever Twitter war is going on. Shiny Object Syndrome. They claim to be the adults in the room, but I wouldnt trust these guys with running a lemonade stand in Second Life. SBF didnt want to deal with them because he didnt want to be associated with them, imagine that. They only get associated with 2nd tier criminals like Do Kwon and Roche. Google backed off a partnership after meeting with them. Real CS companies dont deal with these guys regardless of their "academic" background.

Pros

Not much apart from new problems to solve.

Cons

Everyone's a snob. Leadership is rude pathetic and a bunch of immature people who have been in academia and don't know much about running a company. All the leaders suck because of their favoritism culture and bro culture.
