Toxic work culture with different company rules based on the managers' mood and personal relationships; Less transparency in the company's policy and work content; No flexibility to work and count every minute like what o'clock you arrived and left the office and cannot leave earlier even though employees started to work earlier and already worked 8 hours; Hard to ask sick leaves and work from home as employees have to provide evidence and medical certificate even for 1-day sick leave; Hard to work for Non-Mandarin speakers as almost all of higher-level managers from China and lots of them cannot speak English and understand English well; Really high hierarchy work culture.
