Highly capable engineers, the team is comprised of very experienced engineers who deliver great work. Lots to learn

In the interview they asked me whether I offend easily, that should tell you enough... Managers self described the place as a "boys club". Two people quit within 6 months due to bullying from their direct manager, his response: "Sorry I'm Dutch, if you don't like it tell me" No consideration for work/life balance. They expect you to put work first in your life. There's a clause for 5 hours of unpaid overtime per week and they expect you to work it.
