Pros
Sadly nothing good here. This is where your passions will go to die.
Cons
- Hires very one sided (lacks diversity and ethnicity) - Does not welcome new ideas or solutions - If you demonstrate any form of opposition be sure to find yourself as an outcast until pushed to quit. - Has people unqualified in leadership roles; if you know the CEO personally you'll have any job you want.

Pros
Management is good The work is easy The pay is decent with opportunities to get raises as you learn more.
Cons
Occasional mandatory OT but it really isn't much and I like the OT anyways. The storage isn't great but it's a work in progress and they are solving those issues as best they can.
