Some great people trying to make a difference but never given the chance to actually influence change

AutoEntry seemingly operates a not what you know but who you know system, Nevermind how good an idea it is this can easily be ignored / brushed away by those that have been in the business from the start, No chance is given to fresh blood as opportunities always seem to go to those that have been there at this stage too long, When Sage acquired and the CEO left those long term people should have left too, How can anything be improved when the controlling nature is still there. Retire, Move on, Credit for what you did but you are no longer needed (and there are better people to bring the business to the next level now)
