I am deeply concerned about the work culture that has developed at Authnive. Employee well-being and work-life balance appear to receive very little consideration from leadership. There is a recurring expectation for employees to work weekends, often with little regard for personal commitments or burnout. In some cases, even government-declared holidays have reportedly been cancelled or disregarded, creating the perception that employees are expected to be constantly available regardless of legal holidays or personal needs. The leadership style of the CEO has become a major concern. Interactions are often perceived as aggressive, disrespectful, and dismissive of employee concerns. Many employees feel they are treated as subordinates whose role is simply to comply with demands rather than as professionals who contribute to the company's success. This has created a culture of fear, low morale, and declining trust in management. At the same time, there appears to be limited accountability from leadership regarding the company's ongoing challenges. Strategic decisions, planning failures, and execution issues that have contributed to the company's difficulties are rarely acknowledged, while pressure continues to be placed on employees to compensate through excessive working hours. A successful organization requires leadership that respects employees, encourages open communication, accepts accountability, and creates sustainable working conditions. Without meaningful changes in these areas, employee engagement, retention, productivity, and the overall future of the company are likely to suffer.
