Such a toxic culture underneath the façade of how the owners and senior management portray the company. If you clash with the wrong person you are made to feel very unwelcome, and that's if you aren't asked to resign or sacked on the spot. There is so much nepotism. And the rest of the management team who arent family have golden handcuffs on, so they dont speak out against the wrong doing for fear of loosing their job

Subsidized meals, physio, chiro, naturopath, health insurance. Some really awesome people who work there and do a great job.

Cons

Nepotism, 2 sets of rules, 1 set for family and close friends and 1 set for other employee's. Family members hired to do a job they aren't qualified for, the rest of their team have to pick up the pieces and be quiet about it or be asked to leave or get fired. Production staff quite often get bullied.

Pros

Autex put out a great vibe and come across as a really nice place to work, but that quickly subsides. Ive never worked somewhere with so much nepotism, the staff who choose to challenge the disgusting behavior are very quickly exited from the company. This is all directed from the owner of the company.

Cons

They keep employing people who are friends with the family, and they are mostly underqualified for the job, so the other employees have to step in and pick up the pieces, and if they make any kind of negative noises about the situation, they are gone
