This leads to a lot of isolation for employees who started during the pandemic. - People managers are ridiculously undertrained in people management. - Everyone is tired ALL THE TIME (like worked until 1am and back on at 9am at least a few nights a week tired). This was a red flag for me after the first few days. If every employee seems drained its an easy way to tell that leadership doesn't value their employee's quality of life. - Titles and leveling seem to be a carrot dangled for employees with no real plan, just empty promises which seems to have lowered moral.
