      Time for overhaul

      Pros

      Fab clients. Passionate staff. Free booze. Get along well with the managers and you will be treated well. Otherwise you are just a number.

      Cons

      Old and tired product in need of a makeover. Implementations go south. High turnover of staff. The good people don't stay long because they will look for something better. Too many old timers and not enough fresh blood means a stagnant company that isn't moving with the times.
