Cons
Constant pressure to work faster despite waiting on other contractors to complete their job portions. Gaslighting about promotion potential. Being fired without warning after COLA budget restrictions. Being tricked into being fired saying "come with me, we're having a 1-on-1" (which indicates performance feedback rather than termination). Gas expenses never covered despite hours of driving per job. Employees unprofessionally vaping on the job. Employees showing up late or not showing up at all because of management favoritism. Leads complaining about company shortcomings instead of shutting up and doing their job. Overall, very unprofessional; disposable, non-chalant treatment of employees with valuable growth potential. Would not recommend.
